We really care.

An adult home is all about the well-being of its residents. To accomplish that, passion, commitment and responsibility are needed.

These traits describe our foster family just perfectly. In 1987, we decided to create a reliable, yet more accessible and welcoming, alternative to nursing homes or retirement communities. Our motivation hasn’t changed: it’s just our genuine desire to give compassionate care, in a familiar setting, to seniors who need various degrees of assistance with their lives. Since starting in this wonderful field, we have owned and managed 5 foster care homes, proving with every new resident that this type of adult care truly makes a difference. We are glad that Northwest Home Health, now licensed with a Level 3 foster care, continues to be a premium “home away from home”.

You can trust us.

Living in the same house with our residents makes us able to measure up to our promise of full-time availability. Ours is a truly responsible commitment. Other people who we work with have similar training, experience and motivation. We have come to know that only affectionate care-giving will ultimately make a senior fit in smoothly and feel completely at home. Whatever your needs and requests are, we and our staff are always here to respond.

This is our team

  • Delia Flores— resident manger
  • Kenny Flores— caregiver
  • Annie Lupei— certified nurse
  • Debbie Lweis— accountant

At Northwest Home Health, our residents are our family.

We like to treat our seniors like family - and this is only natural when we get to spend so much time together. However, we also respect the need for privacy and comply to all requests pertaining to our interaction with residents. When our home proves to be a warm home for several more people, feeling fulfilled and generously rewarded is constant.

Karen Barrett
Daughter of Senior

"I am pleased to give the highest recommendation to NWHH Care Home and to Dee Flores, the primary care-giver for my father, Robert Green. Both dad and his room were always kept spotlessly clean, his meals were attractive and punctual, and we never had the sense that his needs were met purely out of obligation. The feeling in the home was - we are all family."

Earl L. Phillips
Brother of Senior

"I am so thankful that I found this foster home, Northwest Home Health for my sister Neva that is 96. Dellia the care giver does more that you could ask for; she keeps a clean home, gives exceptional personal care and love. It was just what we needed. It is a beautiful home and I highly recommend it."

Shirley Johnson
Wife of Senior

"In 2001 my husband, Bud Johnson, was diagnosed with Parkinson disease. I was his caregiver for 6 years but the time came when he needed professional care. He became a resident of NWHH - and we knew right away that this was the right fit. His room was clean and cheery, and good meals were brought to him. I will always be thankful for the loving care given to my dear husband at the NWHH."

Shirley Hoag
Daughter in law

"As my mother was a geriatric nurse, I have learned in advance which are the things you should find in a quality facility for the elder. Everything I searched for when looking to place my father in law, I found in NWHH care home. Dee treats her guests as family, making sure she has great communication with the patient’s family and physicians. "
